Refunds, Cancellation & Service Credits
ZeroMoblt provides recurring mobility subscriptions that require route planning, vehicle allocation, driver scheduling, operational staffing, and infrastructure commitments. Accordingly, refunds and cancellations are governed by the following policy.
Token Amount
A token amount reserves a student's seat, route capacity, and operational resources. The token amount is fully refundable, excluding applicable GST, if the subscription is cancelled within three (3) calendar days from the commencement of the subscribed service. Once the subscribed service has been active for more than three (3) calendar days, the token amount becomes non-refundable. Once the token validity or reservation period has expired, the token amount shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
Subscription Refunds
Where a subscription is cancelled after the initial three (3) day refund window but before the expiry of the subscribed service period, any eligible refund shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the subscription. Refunds shall be calculated after deducting: Non-refundable Token Amount; Applicable GST and other statutory taxes already remitted; Additional services or optional add-ons already consumed; Outstanding dues or unpaid charges; Applicable Cancellation Charges. GST paid to statutory authorities shall not be refundable except where required under applicable law.
Cancellation Charges
Where a customer requests cancellation after the applicable token period has concluded, a Cancellation Charge of ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) shall apply. This charge covers route restructuring, operational planning, seat reservation, administrative processing, and associated service commitments already undertaken by ZeroMoblt.
Trip Refunds
If ZeroMoblt is unable to provide a scheduled trip due to operational delays, vehicle unavailability, driver replacement delays, or other service failures attributable to ZeroMoblt, and the customer reasonably arranges an alternative mode of transportation at their own expense, ZeroMoblt may refund the fare attributable to the affected trip. Trip refunds are subject to reasonable verification and may require supporting information or documentation. ZeroMoblt may, at its discretion, provide either a monetary refund, a service credit, a replacement trip, or another commercially reasonable remedy.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following amounts are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law: GST and other statutory taxes already remitted; Token Amount after the initial three (3) day refund window; Charges for services already delivered; Third-party charges incurred on behalf of the customer; Verification, onboarding, customization, or administrative fees that have already been utilized.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds shall ordinarily be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment mechanism within a reasonable period, subject to banking timelines and applicable legal requirements.
Exceptional Circumstances
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law. ZeroMoblt may, acting reasonably and in the interest of customer safety or fairness, waive or modify any refund or cancellation charge in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to prolonged medical emergencies, relocation, prolonged suspension of services by ZeroMoblt, force majeure events, or other circumstances that materially affect the customer's ability to use the subscribed service.

Children's Personal Data & Parental Consent
ZeroMoblt provides mobility, safety, identity, communication, and coordination services for students, including children. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, a "Child" means an individual who has not completed eighteen years of age, or such other age as may be prescribed under applicable law.
Verifiable Parental or Guardian Consent
Before processing the personal data of a Child, TENXPLUS CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will obtain verifiable consent from the Child's parent or lawful guardian where required under applicable law. The parent or lawful guardian represents that they are legally authorized to provide consent on behalf of the Child, have reviewed this Privacy Policy, consent to the processing of the Child's personal data for the purposes described, and will provide accurate and current information. We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person providing consent. Where a school, college, educational institution, or other organization provides a Child's personal data to ZeroMoblt, that organization must confirm that it has the lawful authority, permissions, notices, and consents necessary to provide the data and enable its processing.
Personal Data We May Process About a Child
Subject to applicable consent and legal requirements, we may process information reasonably necessary to provide and secure the requested mobility service, including: the Child's name, photograph, identifier, age or age range; school, college, campus, class, or institutional affiliation; parent, guardian, and emergency-contact details; residential area and designated pickup or drop location; assigned vehicle, route, schedule, driver, attendant, or supervisor; boarding, deboarding, attendance, handover, and trip-status records; live location during an active trip or mobility-related safety event; relevant ride and route history; safety, support, complaint, and incident records; and device or identity credentials used to authenticate the Child for a mobility service. We will not knowingly collect personal data about a Child that is not reasonably necessary for providing, securing, administering, or complying with the requested service.
How We Use a Child's Personal Data
A Child's personal data may be processed only for purposes connected with the requested service, including: confirming the Child's identity and service eligibility; creating and managing mobility subscriptions; assigning routes, vehicles, drivers, attendants, or supervisors; coordinating pickups, boarding, transportation, deboarding, and handovers; displaying an active trip's location and estimated arrival time to authorized persons; sending mobility, safety, delay, arrival, departure, and emergency notifications; preventing unauthorized access, impersonation, or misuse; responding to safety incidents, emergencies, complaints, or disputes; maintaining legally required operational, payment, safety, or compliance records; and improving service reliability through aggregated or anonymized operational analysis.
Location Data Is Not Behavioural Tracking
ZeroMoblt may process a Child's location only where reasonably necessary to provide an authorized mobility, safety, identity, or emergency-response service. This includes processing location during a scheduled or active trip, boarding, deboarding, or authorized handover, navigation to an assigned vehicle or designated location, a safety alert or emergency event, or another mobility service expressly enabled by the parent or lawful guardian. ZeroMoblt does not use a Child's location, ride history, activity, or interactions to create advertising profiles, infer commercial preferences, or track the Child for behavioural advertising. Unless a separate service has been expressly activated with valid consent, ZeroMoblt will not continuously track a Child outside an active or authorized mobility-related service.
No Behavioural Monitoring or Targeted Advertising
ZeroMoblt does not knowingly: undertake tracking or behavioural monitoring of Children for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes; create behavioural, interest, or advertising profiles of Children; serve targeted advertising directed at Children; use a Child's personal data to manipulate purchasing behaviour; sell or rent a Child's personal data; or process a Child's personal data in a manner likely to cause a detrimental effect on the Child's well-being. Nothing in this section prevents ZeroMoblt from conducting service-security monitoring, fraud prevention, safety monitoring, incident detection, or operational analysis that is necessary for providing the requested service and is permitted under applicable law.
Sharing of a Child's Personal Data
A Child's personal data may be disclosed only to persons or organizations that require it for an authorized purpose, including: the Child's parent or lawful guardian; the relevant school, college, campus, or educational institution; assigned and verified drivers, attendants, supervisors, and mobility providers; technology, hosting, communications, payment, verification, and support providers acting on our behalf; emergency responders, law-enforcement bodies, traffic authorities, courts, or government agencies where legally required or necessary to protect life and safety; and professional advisers, auditors, or insurers subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. Each recipient will receive only the information reasonably necessary for its role, wherever practicable.
Parent and Guardian Controls
Subject to applicable law, a parent or lawful guardian may: request access to the Child's personal data; request correction or updating of inaccurate data; withdraw consent for future processing; request deletion of data that is no longer legally or operationally required; manage authorized persons who may view the Child's trip or location information; and raise a grievance concerning the processing of the Child's personal data. Withdrawal of consent may prevent ZeroMoblt from continuing services that depend on the relevant personal data. Withdrawal will not affect processing already lawfully completed or records that must be retained for legal, safety, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Discovery of Data Without Valid Consent
Where we learn that a Child's personal data has been provided or processed without the required consent or lawful authority, we may suspend the relevant account or service, restrict access to the data, seek valid consent, or securely delete the data, except where retention is required by law or necessary to protect the Child or another person.
Protection of Children
